Who You Are We’re seeking an experienced Algo / SOR Developer to join our team in London. You will have a proven track record of building and benchmarking execution algorithms from the ground up. Ideally, you’ve been actively engaged with the crypto markets, or have a strong curiosity about them. In this role, you will take a lead in developing greenfield algorithmic trading systems, shaping the core of our next-generation trading infrastructure. You’ll work closely with trading teams, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver critical initiatives that drive our business forward. What You’ll Do Design and development of a low-latency, high-throughput EMS/Smart Order Router systemImplement intelligent routing algorithms based on execution quality, liquidity, latency, and costCollaborate with traders and product managers to refine routing logic and build new algorithmic capabilitiesMonitor and optimize system performance under real-world trading conditionsContribute to system resilience and business continuityProvide support for production trading issues What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience developing routing strategies for specific markets (e.g., FX Markets, crypto exchanges) in JavaKnowledge of tick data analytics and real-time market data processingFamiliarity with cloud-based market access or hybrid deploymentsExperience working in high-frequency or algorithmic trading environmentsExperience building low-latency systems and working with multicast/unicast market data feedsA solid understanding of the application and infrastructure stack associated with electronic and algorithmic tradingStrong technical background, with the ability to understand system architecture and technical workflowsProficiency with trading system architecture (OMS/EMS, market gateways)Strong understanding of concurrency, networking, and memory managementExperience with Linux systems and performance profiling toolsA proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Bonus Points Experience in the DeFi, or crypto spaceExposure to regulatory or compliance-driven environmentsFamiliarity with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) or DevOps processes What We Offer Competitive base salary and discretionary bonusCompany-paid health and protective benefits for employees and their eligible dependentsFree virtual coaching and counseling sessionsOpportunities to learn about the Crypto industrySmart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleaguesEmployee Resource GroupsBenefits may vary depending on location.
