What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and securityImplement new features and enhancements in a well-tested, maintainable, and efficient wayCollaborate with Product managers and UX designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfacesReview, analyze, and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements, driving resolution of issues and bugsContribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrationsProvide technical leadership to the engineering team - guide design discussions, perform code reviews, and support continuous improvementParticipate in task estimation, prioritization, and planning in alignment with engineering processes What You Bring Extensive professional expertise in Python/Node.js and proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js)Ability to design and deliver scalable, high-performance applications with clean, maintainable codeExperience in contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systemsDeep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integrationExperience building secure and user-focused web interfaces with attention to UX patterns and best practicesHands-on knowledge of cloud services (preferably AWS) and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)Strong sense of ownership, leadership mindset, and ability to guide other engineersA collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and communication in distributed teams English Language Upper-Intermediate Legal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more.Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
