🚨 We’re Hiring | Supplier Development Engineer 📍 Huron Park, ON | Full-Time | On-Site We are currently recruiting for a Supplier Development Engineer to join a Tier-1 manufacturing environment supporting machining and assembly of powertrain components. What you’ll be doing: • Supplier development, audits and performance management • Lead APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plans • Drive supplier corrective actions using 8D, 5-Why and RCA • Improve supplier quality, delivery and manufacturing processes • Monitor supplier KPIs and identify supply chain risks • Work closely with Purchasing, Quality, Engineering and Production What we’re looking for: • 5+ years of supplier quality/development experience • Automotive or heavy-duty manufacturing experience • Strong APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and IATF 16949 knowledge • Experience with SAP, GD&T and supplier audits • Machining, castings, forgings and heat-treatment knowledge is an asset 📩 Interested or know someone who may be a good fit?
