They're combining software engineering, data infrastructure, retrieval and applied AI to build a new generation of intelligent products. They already have customers and are entering their next stage of growth, with a major new product direction and an engineering team to build. The Role – Product Engineer (Backend) | Python, SQL, RAG, AWS | AI & Data Infrastructure | High Ownership, 0→1 Product Builds | UK remote | £60-80k base You'll join a small engineering team with significant ownership from day one. This is a backend-focused Product Engineering role, primarily working across Python, SQL, data and AI, while contributing across the wider product when needed. You'll work on real customer problems rather than isolated tickets — taking features from an ambiguous idea through to production.
