Power Platform Developer

Skills: • 4+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with a portfolio of implementations • Experience in Copilot Studio development • Demonstrated ability to implement security best practices across the Power Platform, including secure authentication, role-based access, DLP policies, and secure handling of secrets and credentials. • knowledge of the broader Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services. • experience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, APIs, and data modeling. • Practical knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes, particularly Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management. • Experience in Application Support – troubleshooting issues, root cause analysis, incident resolution and collaboration with technical and business teams. • Ability to work in a production environment – prioritizing incidents and requests, communicating effectively with users and stakeholders, and ensuring application stability and continuity. • Good communication skills, fluent in English • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable Key responsibilities: • Architect, design, and deliver robust solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio), ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. • Lead the integration of Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors. • Maintain and develop existing Copilot Studio solution • Being part of development team and co-creating modern products • Managing support cases: contact end users, resolving tickets, working with priorities and root cause analysis • Stay abreast of emerging Power Platform features, Microsoft ecosystem advancements, and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.
