Power Platform Developer

We're looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our IT team and play a key role in delivering innovative digital solutions across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with problem-solving and collaboration. You'll design, develop and support business-critical applications and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, helping us improve efficiency, enhance user experiences and drive digital transformation across Calisen. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll create scalable, secure and impactful solutions while helping shape best practice governance, security and application lifecycle management. Please note: This is a FTC for 8 months. What You'll Be Doing Designing, developing and deploying solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Copilot StudioBuilding intuitive applications and automated workflows that streamline business processesTranslating business requirements into scalable and user-focused technical solutionsDeveloping dashboards, reports and data models that provide actionable business insightsManaging deployments across development, test and production environmentsSupporting and enhancing existing Power Platform applications and integrationsEnsuring solutions align with governance, security and data protection standardsWorking closely with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver effective solutionsPromoting best practice, user adoption and continuous improvement across the Power Platform estateKeeping up to date with new Microsoft technologies and AI capabilities About You We're looking for someone with proven experience developing Power Platform solutions within a complex business environment. You'll Bring Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BIExperience building and deploying enterprise-grade Power Platform solutionsSolid understanding of SQL Server, Azure SQL and relational data modellingExperience integrating with SharePoint Online and external systemsKnowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), managed solutions and deployment pipelinesExperience gathering requirements and turning business needs into effective technical solutionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsThe ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Desirable Skills & Experience It would be advantageous if you have experience with: Copilot Studio and AI BuilderAzure Data FactoryCustom Connectors and REST APIsAzure DevOps and source control practicesPower Platform CLIService principals and Entra ID security groupsMentoring developers and contributing to technical governance Qualifications Ideally, you'll hold one or more Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as: PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant AssociatePL-100 Power Platform App Maker AssociatePL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (or equivalent architecture experience) A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline is desirable, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
