You can look forward to Develop and maintain our actuarial systems landscape, with a focus on stability, modernisation, and the continuous improvement of core functionalitiesAutomate calculation, reporting, and deployment processes using modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and modular architecturesShape strategic transformation initiatives aimed at creating a unified and future-ready actuarial platformDesign and develop a modern, scalable, and maintainable actuarial technology environment based on API-first principlesSupport users worldwide through training sessions, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and workshops You come equipped with A Master's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a comparable field of studyInitial professional experience in actuarial science, software development, or the (re)insurance industryStrong programming skills in C#, C++, Python, or a comparable programming languageSolid SQL expertise and experience applying software design principlesA willingness to build business knowledge to effectively support and advise stakeholdersBusiness-fluent English and conversational GermanStrong conceptual and analytical thinking skillsConfidence in interacting with internal and external stakeholdersA collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for shaping solutions together You may not meet every requirement listed in the job description.
