We are looking for a backend software engineer (Java/Kotlin) with a product mindset who will play a crucial role in our Internet Access product's design, development, and operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the product manager, UX designer, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities Requirements Analysis Understands, reads, and reviews requirementsWorks with Business Analysts to understand business requirements Software Architecture Assists with the documentation and maintenance of architectures Software Design Assists with features and module designEvaluates open sourceAssists with the documentation and maintenance of designs for software systems Development/Coding Develops scripts and code for a feature and moduleCross-technical integrationParticipates in peer reviews Testing Develops unit testsFixes defectsDevelops test strategies DevOps Captures, consolidates, and maintains inventory of applications/infrastructure for all software engineering verticalsDocuments deployed processes and tools and collects metricsDocuments processes and publishes them to the team for review & updates Software Reliability & Support Engineering Captures and consolidates inventory of production applications, flows, and systems for several productsHelps in preparing application support documentationTroubleshoots basic application issues with the help of knowledge base documents Customer/Stakeholder Engagement Technical Project Management Provides status reports and maintains a project plan for a product R&D/Innovation Investigates, analyzes, and evaluates new technologies Qualifications Proven years of experienceBachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 139,000 - 223,000 PLN / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
