We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support a high-volume Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.
This role will focus on process development, automation, equipment optimization, continuous improvement, and new product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processesImprove production workflows, tooling, fixtures, and workstationsSupport automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologiesLead Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives and improve OEESupport APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, and new product launchesCoordinate equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and validationReduce scrap, rework, downtime, and cycle timeWork with production teams, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams
Qualifications:
5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experienceExperience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably Tier 1 automotiveStrong knowledge of one or more: automation, robotics, welding, stamping, machining, or injection moldingExperience with Lean/CI, APQP, PFMEA, and PPAPKnowledge of CAD, ERP/MES, data analysis, and automation/controls systemsStrong problem-solving, communication, and project management skillsEngineering degree or related technical diploma with significant experience
