Consultant - Transformation Full-Stack Developer

Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage a solid theoretical background to design and deliver high-performance web applications that balance technical excellence with practical business results. You will be responsible for the entire feature development lifecycle, from requirements gathering with stakeholders to final deployment. The ideal candidate is passionate about applying clean architecture principles and participating in collaborative design sessions to build scalable, maintainable solutions. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Application Development: Design, code, and test scalable software solutions using a variety of backend and frontend technologies. Architecture & Design: Participate in the design of scalable microservice architectures and microfrontend platforms using frameworks like React and Angular. API Engineering: Architect and implement high-throughput RESTful APIs to efficiently process high-volume data streams and ensure seamless communication across enterprise systems. System Modernization: Lead initiatives to refactor legacy applications and migrate them to modern architectures, such as Java Spring Boot or ASP.NET Core, to reduce technical debt. Database Management: Design and optimize relational database schemas and implement data persistence layers using SQL Server, Oracle, or EF Core. Front-End Excellence: Build responsive, interactive web dashboards and portals using technologies like Blazor & Angular to enhance user experience. Mentorship & Quality: Mentor junior developers and interns while championing best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and SOLID principles. Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS for application deployment and infrastructure management. Knowledge of DevOps practices, including the implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform. Background or experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning. Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications Arabic Language: Fluent. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Professional Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering. Programming Languages: Proficiency in C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL. Backend Technologies: Deep expertise in .NET (ASP.NET Core) and Java (Spring Boot). Frontend Technologies: Strong experience with modern frameworks, specifically Angular. Architectural Patterns: Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Microservices is mandatory. Mobile Development: Experience with mobile development is an advantage.
