Forward Deployed Engineer San Francisco, CA $160,000 to $265,000 base + equity We’re partnered with a Series A startup building an AI-native platform that's transforming commercial banking. Their product automates complex lending and underwriting workflows, replacing legacy systems with AI-powered software that helps financial institutions operate faster and more efficiently. This is a forward deployed role where you'll work directly with customers to understand how they operate, build software that solves their biggest pain points, and turn those learnings into core product improvements. What you'll do: Own end-to-end customer engagements from discovery through deployment and iterationEmbed with customer teams to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design AI-powered solutionsBuild product features, integrations, and automations using TypeScript, React, and PythonShip customer-driven improvements into the core platformPartner closely with product and engineering to shape the roadmap based on real customer feedback What we're looking for: 0–5 years of post-college experience building software in fast-moving environmentsStrong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend development, with experience or willingness to work in PythonExperience as a Forward Deployed, Full Stack, or Product Engineer building 0-to-1 productsComfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical customersExcited by AI-native products and applying LLMs to solve real-world business problems If this sounds like a good fit for you, please apply and we'll be in touch soon.n.
