Software Engineer

RunPivot is an AI-native experimentation platform. Teams describe a change in plain English, RunPivot generates on-brand variants, runs the test, and ships the winner when results hit confidence. Built-in analytics, heatmaps, and session replay feed the loop. The product is live, self-serve, and built for marketers and growth teams who need tests running this week, not next quarter. We're looking for a Software Engineer to build the RunPivot platform: the surfaces where customers create experiments, review variants, launch tests, read results, and roll out winners. This is the core product, not a side internal tool. The ideal person cares about product quality, moves fast without being sloppy, and wants to work on applied AI in a workflow people use every day. What you'll do Build and improve the core product: experiment creation, variant review, targeting, live tests, reporting, and winner rollout.Design and ship features across the stack, from UX-facing flows to the APIs and services that keep experiments reliable at scale.Integrate AI throughout the workflow: prompt-to-variant generation, experiment setup, analysis assistance, and the guardrails that keep outputs on-brand.Work on experimentation logic itself: traffic allocation, statistical confidence, winner detection, and safe rollout.Partner with design and product on what to build next, based on how customers actually use the platform.Improve performance, observability, and uptime for workloads where a broken test is a real customer problem.Own features end to end, from first sketch through implementation, iteration, and production. What we're looking for Strong product engineering ability: you can understand the workflow, propose a good solution, and ship it.3+ years building production web software, ideally customer-facing SaaS.Solid TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web application development.Comfort across frontend and backend so you can own features without waiting on handoffs.Experience integrating LLMs into real products: prompting, structured outputs, review loops, and failure handling.Clear written communication and a bias toward useful, shippable increments.Ability to work independently in a remote, async-friendly team.
