Position: NodeJs Engineer (Backend) Toronto: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days onsite in a week) 6-8 years of backend engineering experience with Node.js and TypeScript.Strong expertise in building REST APIs and designing service/event contracts.Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka (or similar messaging platforms), including retries, idempotency, DLQ patterns, and schema/version management.Strong MongoDB experience, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and low-latency operational workloads.
