Job DescriptionProcess Standardization & Excellence: Serve as the chief architect of our operational best practices. You will design, refine, and deploy robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine commercial tasks, transforming fragmented local workflows into consistent, scalable global standards. Drive AI & Automation Adoption: Spearhead the integration of intelligent tools and automated workflows into our daily commercial practices. You will lead the shift from legacy manual processes to tech-enabled systems that boost productivity and sharpen decision-making. Global Change Management: Champion operational transformation across borders. You will build enablement frameworks, design feedback loops, and ensure the seamless adoption of new processes and tools across our highly distributed, multicultural teams. Strategic Cross-Functional Delivery: Lead high-stakes operational projects from ideation to rollout. Partner seamlessly with Product, Engineering, Data, and regional commercial leaders to remove structural bottlenecks and unlock commercial performance. Data-Driven Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor rigorous KPIs to evaluate the success and ROI of new SOPs and automation initiatives. Use these insights to continuously audit, iterate, and optimize regional workflows.
