Job DescriptionWhat the person is doing: You lead a small team of specialists who are focused on supporting local market teams in times of disruption and opportunity. This could be a new competitor entering, a strong seasonal weather / demand impact that is putting a market under pressure or the need to work through logistics related measures to drive growth and profitability for the business. Your main aim is to provide temporary planning and hands on support to markets so they we can hit our reliability (on-time), speed and customer satisfaction targets from a logistics perspective. In short - you are going where the going gets tough (quite literally, expect significant travel). You are the regional expert and go to person for markets that have strategic priority and/or significant challenges. You dive deep and work with markets through implementing effective solutions.
