Associate Graphic Designer

Job DescriptionThe Associate Graphic Designer role at foodora is responsible for owning the end-to-end execution of daily digital and print marketing assets for an assigned local market. Operating under the guidance of senior team members and managers, the designer is expected to work independently, communicate directly with local stakeholders, and use their own creative judgment to solve design challenges. In addition to managing day-to-day local market needs, the candidate will periodically collaborate on broader regional campaign projects while maintaining foodora’s visual brand standards. We are seeking a talented and proactive Associate Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of professional experience to join our growing design team. In this role, you will take complete ownership of visual design execution for a designated local market while collaborating on select regional initiatives. While you will operate under the direction and guidance of Senior Designers and Design Managers, you are expected to work independently, taking initiative and leveraging your own creative judgment and experience to solve design challenges efficiently. Key Responsibilities Local Market Ownership: Act as the main creative contact for your assigned local market, communicating directly with local stakeholders and teams to align on visual assets and marketing goals.Digital & Print Asset Creation: Design and produce daily marketing assets across digital channels (website/app banners, social media, CRM, in-app messages, performance marketing ads) and print touchpoints (flyers, promotional merchandise, out-of-home billboards, retail stores foliage).Regional Collaboration: Participate in broader regional campaign projects alongside senior team members, contributing creative ideas and helping scale assets across multiple markets.Independent Problem-Solving: Apply design principles, creative problem-solving, and sound judgment to navigate project constraints, brand guidelines, and quick turnaround times.Brand Consistency: Ensure all output adheres strictly to foodora’s brand identity and quality standards while maintaining fresh and engaging visual executions.Design Guidance & Feedback: Work closely with design leadership, incorporating feedback effectively to refine visual concepts and grow your professional design toolkit.
