Senior Platform Engineer

A globally operating tech platform that is starting a growth phase and we’ll be hiring platform builders! Platform engineers that also build software to solve cloud infrastructure problems. Someone who can take a recurring operational challenge, design a solution, write the code, scale it and own it in production. Someone who has embedded AI in the daily routine, wants to work with modern tech and extremely smart people solving platform challenges at global scale. What you’ll build: • Reusable cloud infrastructure through code • Automation that replaces repetitive infrastructure work • AI-powered developer tooling that makes deploying and debugging easier • Improvements to scalability, reliability and observability • Kubernetes and delivery capabilities that teams can use confidently Who we’d like to speak to: • You are an experienced practitioner with AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform • You have solid software engineering skills (preferably JVM but flexible) • You’ve embraced AI in your routine and understand what AI means for platform ops at scale • Engineers who spot problems independently and work across teams to solve them • You enjoy working with ownership and accountability Compensation: • You’ll get a top of market base salary and punchy stock package with the secondary benefits you’d expect from a globally operating tech company. • Hybrid with office in Amsterdam • Visa sponsorship + 30% ruling • Relocation is possible (lumpsum available), only for bar raisers but you should be able to join within 3 months.
