Description

I’m looking for a Founding AI Engineer with an interest in finance. I’m building ThesisIQ because I believe better company acquisitions can lead to stronger businesses, higher economic growth and job creation. The product concept has been validated by a senior M&A advisory team and is focused on helping investment firms identify attractive companies to acquire. The Founding AI Engineer will work directly alongside me developing the core AI systems, including agentic pipelines and company analysis I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of substantial areas of the product and develop them independently. Experience building agentic AI/LLM systems and strong analytical ability would be particularly valuable. I’ve been building applied AI since 2015. Previously, I was a software architect and a strategy consultant to private equity firms. My last company built AI technology for the European Space Agency. As the company has yet to raise external funding, this will initially be a remote, part-time, equity-only founding role.
