Job Summary
We are looking for a Server Engineer responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting
server infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in server
troubleshooting and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and
server-related incidents efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
● Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues and incidents.
● Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
● Diagnose hardware, software, operating system, and server performance issues.
● Identify root causes of server failures and implement appropriate solutions.
● Handle server incidents, service disruptions, and performance-related problems.
● Perform server health checks, monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
● Troubleshoot issues related to CPU, memory, disk, storage, network connectivity, and
system services.
● Install, configure, update, and maintain server operating systems and applications.
● Maintain server availability, stability, and performance.
● Document troubleshooting procedures, incidents, resolutions, and technical changes.
● Coordinate with network, security, application, and IT support teams to resolve

Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
