This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across commercial development, product strategy, operations and organisational performance. In this role you will lead an international, cross-functional business with responsibility for its strategic direction, financial results and long-term market development. Working with senior group leadership and colleagues across multiple geographies, you will build growth, improve performance and strengthen customer relationships. Your main responsibilities include: Set and implement the business strategy for an international product portfolioLead commercial and operational performance, including revenue, profitability, investment priorities and working capitalDevelop strategic customer and partner relationships with OEMs and channel partners in mobile equipment, transport, industrial machinery and related professional markets.Guide product management, engineering and innovation activities in response to market developmentsImprove product quality, delivery performance, competitiveness and speed to marketLead operational-improvement initiatives across the value chainBuild and develop an effective international leadership teamWork successfully across functions, regions and cultures within a matrix environment Our client is seeking a commercially strong and entrepreneurial international leader, able to combine strategic thinking with practical execution.
