Senior Full-Stack and Mobile Developer

This is a remote position. About the company Our client is a large regulated global group, with offices worldwide and its head office in Limassol, Cyprus. They offer online trading products to retail and professional clients across multiple regions and are investing heavily in technology and AI to power their next stage of growth. The role We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack & Mobile Developer to build and scale the group's web and mobile trading platforms. You will work across the full stack, from front end and mobile apps to back-end services and APIs, and use AI both in how you build software and in the features you deliver to clients. This role can be fully remote or based in Limassol. Candidates must come from a forex/CFD company. Key responsibilities Design, build and maintain web and mobile applications for trading and client-facing platforms Develop scalable back-end services, APIs and integrations Build and ship native or cross-platform mobile apps (iOS and Android) Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up delivery and improve code quality Design and integrate AI-driven features, such as personalisation, chatbots, analytics and automation Work with real-time data, including market prices, trading flows and client account data Ensure applications are secure, high-performing and meet regulatory standards Collaborate with product, design, QA and compliance teams Take part in code reviews, architecture decisions and technical planning Mentor junior developers and help raise engineering standards Requirements Essential: development experience within a forex/CFD brokerage 5+ years' experience as a full-stack developer, including hands-on mobile development Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React / Next.js) Strong back-end experience (e.g. Node.js / TypeScript, Python, Java or .NET) Mobile development experience with React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android Practical experience using AI development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into production applications Solid knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) Understanding of security best practices for financial applications Excellent English communication skills Nice to have Knowledge of trading platforms such as MT4/MT5, cTrader or similar Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, streaming data) Experience with CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play Benefits Competitive salary plus bonus Remote working or a Limassol office base The chance to build AI-driven products for a large global trading group A senior role with real influence over technology and architecture
