Senior DFT Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled DFT Engineer to join our WiFi SoC Group. This role is integral to our mission of delivering top-quality designs and is responsible for the end-to-end implementation and verification of Design for Testability (DFT). Key responsibilities Implement and utilize effective and efficient testing strategies.Implementing MBIST and validating it through extensive simulationsInserting and validating Embedded Deterministic Test (EDT) and On-Chip Clocking (OCC) methodologiesInserting and validating scan and iJTAG (Internal JTAG) techniquesGenerating automatic test patternsAnalyze the test coverage of our designs, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to increase test coverage and the testabilityPerforming pattern simulations at both the Register-Transfer Level (RTL) and netlist level with and without timing backannotationDocumentation and DFT sign-off activities Key Qualifications BSc/MSc in Electronics Engineering or similarExtensive experience with EDA IC design and verification toolsExperience with Digital IC Design and Verification, DFT architecture and implementation, Memory BIST, iJTAG, EDT, OCC, Scan, ATPG and pattern simulations is preferredKnowledge of scripting languages like perl, tcl, python or similarExperience with Tessent tools, Confluence and JIRAExcellent documentation and communication skillsAbility to work/communicate fluently in English Personal Skills We are seeking a candidate that can work independently and demonstrate a business and solution-oriented mindset.
