About the Opportunity:
The AI INTEGRATION & AUTOMATION DEVELOPER role is centered on designing, building, and supporting AI-driven automation and integration solutions that enhance managed services operations.
This position directly impacts the organization by transforming operational problems into practical AI workflows and automations that increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled automations, integrations, and workflows for Managed Services.Build AI orchestration patterns connecting systems, data, APIs, scripts, and workflows.Develop automation solutions to reduce manual work, improve speed, consistency, and create cost avoidance.Create reusable components and workflow patterns for multiple use cases.Support implementation of AI orchestration and related automation services.Analyze operational pain points to determine appropriate AI or automation solutions.Identify systemic automation opportunities beyond individual tasks.Balance experimentation with stability, security, and operational readiness.Use data and feedback to validate efficiency and business value gains.Develop LLM-enabled workflows and AI-assisted operational processes with guardrails.Integrate with enterprise tools such as ITSM, monitoring platforms, cloud services, and internal apps.Troubleshoot automation defects and AI workflow issues, ensuring continuous improvement.Document solution designs, configurations, and support procedures.Participate in testing, UAT, release readiness, and production support activities.Apply Managed Services and ITIL process knowledge in automation design.Collaborate with engineers, service owners, and stakeholders for requirements and validation.Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Stay updated on AI automation development practices and service operations trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years developing automations, integrations, scripting, workflows, or application solutions in enterprise or service environments.Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, APIs, workflow platforms, or low-code/no-code tools.Experience designing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, LLM-driven processes, AI agents, or intelligent automation.Understanding of prompt design, human-in-the-loop processes, guardrails, fallback logic for AI production use.Experience integrating with ITSM, monitoring, cloud platforms, ticketing, knowledge bases, or business applications.Ability to analyze processes and develop working automation solutions.Preferred knowledge of Managed Services operations and ITIL practices.Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
