This is a Fully Remote Job About Our Client: The organization operates in the healthcare information services sector, providing large-scale, computer-based services to clinical and non-clinical caregivers. About the Opportunity: The SERVICE ENGINEER II IS is responsible for collaborating with developers, testers, and program managers early in the development process to design, operate, and enhance critical computer-based services. The role ensures the reliability and scalability of technical solutions that serve a diverse group of caregivers. This position contributes to the organization's mission by maintaining and improving service resilience and automation, thereby supporting effective healthcare delivery. Responsibilities: Partner with cross-functional teams to design and improve large-scale service solutions.Operate and grow computer-based services for clinical and non-clinical users.Apply automation to deployment, recovery, and manual processes.Conduct resilience modeling and simulate service outages.Maintain technical skills aligned with development and program management counterparts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years related experience; 2-5 years preferred.Experience with automation in deployment and recovery.Knowledge of n-tier solutions.Ability to perform failure mode analysis and simulate service outages.Healthcare environment experience preferred. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range for this position is posted as minimum and maximum wage rates, with placement determined by relevant experience and other factors. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses may be available.
