About The Role The Web Developer (Django) at Crossway is a vital member of the web development team responsible for creating innovative and reliable web applications that showcase Crossway's content to a global audience. This role emphasizes developing and maintaining web products, services, and APIs that support the organization’s digital ministry. The candidate will work closely with the Director of Web Development, collaborating on project planning, progress reviews, and results evaluation. While remote work is acceptable, candidates should be able to meet periodically in Wheaton, IL for team meetings and strategic planning sessions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for technical excellence, a strong understanding of web application development, and a commitment to the organization’s mission of biblical faithfulness and service.
