About the Job
We are seeking for a talented Senior Front-End Developer who will play a key role in building scalable, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces across fintech and e-governance platforms.
The role is responsible to work on financial platforms and customer/merchant onboarding, as well as e-governance Super App and Mini App architectures, including Micro frontend-based solutions.
Beyond coding, the developer will also contribute to technical direction, mentor engineers, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and help evolve frontend engineering practices.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable, accessible, and high-performance frontend applications.
Write production-quality code and contribute hands-on to critical features and technical initiatives.
Contribute to frontend architecture and technical decisions.
Lead or contribute to complex frontend initiatives, including customer and merchant onboarding platforms.
Work with Microfrontend, Mini App, and Super App architectures.
Build and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems.
Define and promote frontend engineering standards and best practices.
Drive frontend performance improvements, monitoring, and optimization.
Contribute to accessibility and usability initiatives.
Improve frontend build tooling, testing, and CI/CD practices.
Collaborate on API design to improve frontend performance and developer experience.
Mentor and support other frontend engineers.
Collaborate with product and design teams to improve user experience.
Participate in frontend hiring and technical evaluations.
Identify and address scalability, performance, and maintainability concerns.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
Requirements
6+ years of frontend development experience building large-scale applications.
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and rendering.
Experience building and maintaining design systems or reusable component libraries.
Strong frontend performance optimization skills.
Good understanding of accessibility standards and usability.
Experience leading frontend initiatives or mentoring engineers.
Good understanding of frontend build tooling, testing, and CI/CD.
Experience working in fast-paced product environments.
Strong product and UX awareness.
Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make sound technical decisions and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
