IAM Developer (SailPoint)
Location: Utrecht — approximately 4 days per week on-site
Expected Start Date: 1 December 2026
End Date: 31 October 2027

Overview
We are seeking an experienced IAM Developer to support the development, integration and maintenance of Identity & Access Management solutions within a security-focused organisation.
The role combines hands-on SailPoint development, API integrations and application development across on-premises and cloud environments.
You will work within DevOps and project teams to deliver reliable, secure identity services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure and maintain IAM solutions, including SailPoint.Build and maintain integrations between IAM platforms, applications and systems using SCIM, REST APIs, Java, BeanShell and XML.Develop APIs and back-end services using .NET and ASP.NET Core.Develop and maintain user interfaces using Angular 2+.Work with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases to support IAM applications and integrations.Support IAM services across on-premises, private cloud and public cloud environments.Work with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Compile, test, troubleshoot and implement software changes within Agile Scrum, DevOps and project delivery environments.
Required Skills and Experience
Valid Dutch passport and Dutch-speaking ability are essential.Willingness to undergo security screening, with clearance required before starting.Proven experience as an IAM developer, engineer or administrator, including hands-on SailPoint development.Experience with IAM tooling and application integrations.Knowledge of cloud technologies and developments.Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.Development experience with .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular 2+ and Visual Studio.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, SCIM, REST and XML.Experience working with Agile Scrum and within both DevOps and project-based environments.Strong listening skills and a proactive, persistent and decisive approach.
Desirable Experience
At least 3 years of demonstrable IAM development experience using technologies such as Java, BeanShell, .NET, Angular and PowerShell, covering compilation, testing and implementation.At least 3 years of demonstrable experience with IAM concepts, technologies, integrations and interconnected systems across on-premises and private/public cloud environments.Previous experience within central government or a large corporate organisation with more than 10,000 employees.
