Senior Cyber Security DevOps Specialist As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking a Senior Cyber Security DevOps Specialist for 12+ months contract in Netherlands. Responsibilities: We are seeking a Senior Cyber Security DevOps Specialist to help increase the security maturity of DevOps teams. The ideal candidate combines strong cybersecurity expertise with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and senior management. You are comfortable discussing technical security challenges with developers while also translating risks, priorities, and recommendations into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders. This position is focused on security enablement, advisory and stakeholder engagement and does not involve hands-on application or software development. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience across Cyber Security, IT, Risk Management or Banking.Strong understanding of software development and DevOps practices.Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure software development.Proven ability to translate complex security risks into practical technical and business guidance.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience influencing stakeholders and driving change without formal authority.Experience within a regulated financial services environment is highly desirable.Previous banking experience is preferred.Professional proficiency in English.Please apply with an updated CV if you are interested or looking for a new opportunity.
