The Role • Migrate priority screens from legacy PHP to a modern React/Next.js stack, ensuring functional parity. • Make necessary PHP maintenance changes while under an active feature freeze. • Debug and resolve routing or behavior differences that arise after screen migration. • Utilize AI-assisted porting techniques to accelerate the migration process. • Collaborate closely with QA on parity testing for all migrated screens. • Contribute to building a supportive, culture-first technical organization. What You'll Need • Strong professional experience with React and Next.js. • Ability to read and safely modify PHP codebases. • Experience with AWS deployment pipelines and CloudWatch for debugging. • Familiarity with using AI coding assistants for code porting and migration. • A genuine team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. • 3+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
