Job Description
Design and develop modern, responsive, and interactive web interfaces using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, following best practices in performance, accessibility, and maintainability.Lead the use of modern development tools (Git, Webpack, Vite) and drive decisions on frameworks/libraries (jQuery, Nuxt, Vue, React) best suited to project needs.Architect scalable and reusable front-end components/systems that ensure consistency across products.Ensure web applications perform smoothly and render consistently across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.Translate UI/UX designs into technically sound, pixel-accurate implementations, and provide feedback to designers on technical feasibility.Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior/mid-level front-end developers.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex bugs; proactively improve code quality and performance.Collaborate closely with back-end developers to design and integrate APIs effectively.Implement robust client-side validation and security practices before data is sent to the back-end.Contribute to technical planning, feature roadmaps, and architecture decisions, balancing business needs with technical trade-offs.Stay current with front-end trends and evaluate new tools/technologies for potential adoption.
