Looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join an elite team with ex-Google pedigree to lead workflow orchestration and cloud-native microservices. What you'll do: • Build automated data pipelines with Google Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow) • Architect high-performance async microservices using Python 3.x & FastAPI • Deploy containerized solutions on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Pub/Sub) • Modernize & package client-facing SDKs and APIs What you bring: • 5+ years in backend engineering, data orchestration & microservices • Hands-on mastery of Python 3.x, AsyncIO, and FastAPI • Deep experience with Apache Airflow / Cloud Composer and dynamic DAGs • Based in Victoria with full Australian work rights
