Technical Information Systems Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technician Information Systems Engineer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Scoresby however open to other capital cities. Supporting our ERP transformation project, the Quantum Program, you will help maintain accurate engineering and manufacturing product data, manage engineering change activities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver quality business outcomes across multiple functions. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Supporting product and engineering projects by ensuring product data and Bill of Materials (BOM) information is accurate and maintained across multiple systems and markets.Updating engineering drawings, product structures, and BOMs within product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.Working with CAD models and engineering documentation to investigate issues, validate product data, and support design updates.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate manufacturing BOM updates and ensure engineering changes are implemented accurately.Supporting engineering change management activities by following established processes, systems, and workflows.Maintaining accurate technical documentation, product records, and configuration data to support business and customer requirements.Assisting with project coordination activities, including tracking progress, communicating updates, and identifying potential risks or issues.Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance engineering processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.Working closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Management to deliver successful project outcomes. About You You will be an early to mid-career engineer with a strong interest in mechanical product design, engineering change management and project coordination. You will be comfortable working across multiple teams and have the ability to turn technical information into clear actions and decisions. You will be able to communicate effectively with multiple team members and stakeholders. You will have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work, with a strong focus on documentation practices.
