We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled AI Lead who wants to take full ownership of building and scaling AI capabilities at an ambitious, award-nominated AI-first startup. We’re looking for someone who has operated at Staff/Lead/Principal level and can combine deep AI expertise with strong product engineering instincts. If you thrive in 0→1 environments, love solving complex AI challenges, and want to work alongside exceptional engineers at the forefront of applied AI, this could be a great fit. You’ll have real technical ownership, shaping AI architecture and strategy, building production-grade AI systems, and taking AI-powered features from experimentation through to customer-facing products. You’ll ideally bring experience across LLMs, AI/ML systems and modern AI tooling, alongside some hands-on TypeScript exposure within web products.
