AI Solutions Developer – Hampshire Salary £30k-40k + benefits and hybrid working We are seeking an AI Solutions Developer / AI Analyst to build and implement practical AI solutions and support AI adoption, with a focus on improving business processes and delivering measurable gains in efficiency. The business will consider junior candidates with strong AI adoption-based project experience or a relevant degree with AI project examples. The AI Solutions Developer would work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams initially, to understand operational challenges and then design tailored, secure, scalable AI-enabled tools and automations. Key responsibilities Design, develop, test and deploy AI solutions and automated workflowsIntegrate AI capabilities with existing systems, data sources and APIs.Use generative AI, large language models and machine learning to solve business problems.Run demonstrations, workshops and pilots to encourage adoption with senior stakeholdersMeasure benefits such as time saved, improved accuracy, reduced cost and better service.Ensure solutions meet security, data-protection and responsible-AI requirements. Essential skills and experience Experience developing AI-enabled solutions that improve business operationsPractical knowledge of generative AI, large language models or machine-learning services.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or a comparable language.Understanding of AI governance and cybersecurity standards is highly desirableAn Artificial Intelligence related degree is desirable Candidate must be eligible to work in the UK and able to travel to offices in the Southampton, Basingstoke, Bournemouth areas
