Senior Project Manager - Land Development

You'll work closely with project engineers, designers, and leadership to deliver high-quality solutions across a diverse project portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Managing land development projects for private sector clientsLeading project teams and providing mentorship to engineers and technical staffDeveloping and maintaining client relationshipsSupporting business development initiatives and helping identify new opportunitiesCoordinating project schedules, budgets, and deliverablesWorking collaboratively across disciplines to ensure successful project executionContributing to the continued growth of the Houston team and market presence What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldApproximately 10+ years of land development experienceExperience managing projects for private sector clientsStrong project management and client-facing skillsAbility to mentor and develop junior engineersBusiness development experience or an interest in growing client relationshipsExisting industry relationships or a book of business is beneficial, but not requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred The Team You'll be joining a close-knit and growing Houston land development team consisting of project managers, engineers, and designers, all supported by an experienced Regional Director.
