Mobile Developer in our office in Amman Responsibilities Develop and maintain mobile application features using Flutter or native Android/iOS under guidanceImplement UI screens, basic components, and integrate APIs following defined architectureEnsure correct state management, navigation, and error handling based on project standardsWrite clean, readable, and maintainable codeCreate and run basic automated tests (unit & widget tests)Follow performance and UX guidelines to ensure smooth user experiencesWork closely with QA to understand acceptance criteria and fix issues before releaseParticipate in regular code reviews and follow coding best practicesCollaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver end-to-end featuresContribute to debugging and resolving production issues with support from senior engineersGain exposure to CI/CD, crash monitoring, and release processes Skills & Competencies Required Solid understanding of Flutter or Kotlin/Swift fundamentalsFamiliarity with common architectures (Provider, MVVM, Bloc basics, or native equivalents)API integration (REST, JSON) basicsUnderstanding of performance basics: memory usage, rendering, offline behaviorGood problem-solving, communication, and willingness to learn Good to Have Basics of sockets/real-time data integrationWidget/UI testing or snapshot testing exposureExperience with Firebase, Sentry, or crash analytics toolsFamiliarity with app deployment pipelines (TestFlight/Play Console)Interest in complex UIs, animations, or design systemsUnderstanding of analytics and feature flaggingKnowledge of fintech or real-time trading apps Hands-on experience using AI development tools and terminal interfaces (e.g., Claude Code) to speed up code analysis, debugging, and feature development.
