About the Opportunity: The SOFTWARE DEVELOPER role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that improve collaboration, automation, and knowledge access throughout the organization. This position is responsible for implementing enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligent workflows using C#/.NET Core, Azure services, and emerging AI technologies. The role contributes by delivering scalable, secure AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and knowledge management. Responsibilities: Define, analyze, and evaluate organizational needs for AI and automation solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable AI applications.Lead development of solutions using C# and .NET Core/.NET 8.Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on Azure, including Web Apps, Functions, and Durable Functions.Implement event-driven and distributed system architectures using Azure Service Bus and messaging frameworks.Build AI-powered solutions utilizing Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, AI agents, and Copilot Studio.Design and maintain secure APIs integrating Azure SQL and enterprise systems.Build containerized workloads with Docker and support deployment strategies.Implement observability and performance monitoring using Azure Application Insights.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.Support Azure governance, security, and compliance requirements.Provide quality assurance, documentation, and knowledge transfer for AI systems.Address escalated production issues and lead root cause analysis.Perform other duties as assigned by IT leadership. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application development, AI implementation, or cloud engineering.Ability to independently resolve complex production issues.Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET.Experience in cloud-native backend development and API design.Expertise with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Durable Functions, and Azure Service Bus.Skill in Azure SQL and relational database development.Experience with Docker and container deployments.Knowledge of application monitoring with Azure Application Insights.Experience implementing AI systems using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, embeddings, vector search, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and Copilot Studio.Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.Understanding of Azure infrastructure concepts including VNets, Private Endpoints, DNS, firewalls, secure networking, and identity management (Entra ID).Legal industry experience is a plus but not required.
