About the Opportunity: The SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER will focus on developing and supporting modern full-stack applications primarily within AWS cloud environments. The role contributes to creating scalable, maintainable software solutions that support the organization’s goals and enhances operational efficiency through agile methodologies and AI-assisted development. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and support applications and services in AWS cloud.Build and optimize SQL Server database components.Translate business and technical requirements into solutions.Write secure, clean code adhering to standards.Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation.Participate in Agile events and practices.Troubleshoot application and data issues.Engage in code reviews and quality improvement.Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business teams.Support application deployment and operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.1–5 years of software development experience including internships or academic projects.Hands-on experience with AWS cloud development and SQL Server.Knowledge of object-oriented programming, REST APIs, version control (e.g., Git), and Agile development.Experience using AI assistants in software development.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred: Healthcare domain knowledge and HIPAA understanding.Exposure to data engineering or analytics platforms such as Databricks or AWS data services. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The typical pay range for this role is $72,100.00 to $144,200.00 annually.The actual salary offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors.This position is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to base pay.
