About the Opportunity:
The ASSOCIATE SOFTWARE ENGINEER will design, develop, and test applications and components that meet technical specifications and business requirements.
The role involves collaboration with Business Analysts to develop requirements and contributes directly to advancing the organization's technology capabilities to support its healthcare mission.
Responsibilities:
Design, code, test, and debug applications and components per technical specifications and business requirementsCollaborate closely with Business Analysts on requirements developmentPerform other duties as assigned according to leadership decisions and business needs
Requirements:
High school diploma requiredMinimum six months experience using AI tools in the software development lifecycle to improve quality and efficiencyMinimum six months experience with at least one object-oriented programming languageUnited States citizenshipAbility to obtain and maintain a suitability or eligibility determination for Confidential/Secret or Top Secret security clearance
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fieldExperience with MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databasesExperience with .NET Core or similar object-oriented programming languagesExperience with Angular, React, or other JavaScript frameworks/librariesExperience with application containerization, deployment, and orchestrationExperience with CI/CD and test automationExperience building cloud-native applications in Azure or similar platformsBasic understanding of Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, internet protocolsKnowledge of encryption, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and OWASStrong verbal and written communication skills
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employmentComprehensive benefits package including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions (subject to eligibility)
