Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet Case Manager Developer with strong hands-on expertise in IBM FileNet P8, IBM Case Manager (ICM), and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting enterprise-scale case management and content management solutions.
You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders and development teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager.Configure case types, workflows, business processes, roles and in-baskets.Develop custom components, APIs, integrations and user interface customisations.Customise IBM Content Navigator (ICN) and develop plugins.Integrate FileNet and Case Manager solutions with enterprise applications and external systems.Perform solution design, impact analysis, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.Support application deployments, migrations, upgrades and production releases.Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve application issues.Develop technical design documents, deployment documentation and operational runbooks.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews and development best practices.Collaborate with architects and technical teams on solution design and implementation.Mandatory Skills & Experience7+ years of hands-on IBM FileNet / IBM Case Manager development experience.Strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager (ICM).Hands-on experience with:Case BuilderProcess DesignerIBM Content Navigator (ICN)Workplace XTACCEStrong understanding of Content Engine, Process Engine and Case Management architecture.Experience integrating IBM BAW / IBM BPM with FileNet and Case Manager solutions.Strong Java / J2EE development experience.Experience with Spring Framework.Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP Web Services.Experience with application deployment, migration, configuration and production support.Strong SQL and database performance tuning knowledge.Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimisation skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Desirable SkillsIBM BAW / Digital Process Automation.IBM Datacap.RPA integrations.Docker and OpenShift.AWS, Azure or IBM Cloud.Jenkins, Git, Maven and CI/CD pipelines.JavaScript, Dojo and React.IBM Content Navigator plugin development.LDAP, SSO and role-based security.Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or Healthcare experience.IBM certifications in FileNet, BAW, CP4BA or Application Development
