Senior Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and execute testing activities in line with quality standards and project timelinesDesign, implement and maintain manual and automated test casesDevelop and improve test automation frameworks using Python and Robot FrameworkCreate automated test scenarios using Gherkin or similar approachesExecute test cases and report test progress and results in qTestPrepare and maintain test documentation and support defect management activitiesAnalyse requirements and define appropriate testing approaches and test coveragePrepare and manage test data, test environments and service virtualization required for efficient testingPerform integration and data validation testing across different file formats and systemsSupport investigation and resolution of production issuesCollaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders and other technical teamsApply testing best practices and continuously improve testing processes and tooling Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on software testing experience, including test automationStrong practical knowledge of PythonHands-on experience with Robot FrameworkExperience testing integrations and working with file formats such as XML, CSV and JSONGood knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases, preferably MS SQL ServerUnderstanding of HTTP protocols and system integrationsExperience with Git and basic knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or BambooExperience with test management and collaboration tools such as qTest, Jira and ConfluenceGood understanding of Agile software development practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to independently analyse requirements, design test scenarios and identify potential quality risksPractical experience with test automation frameworks, including Java-based tools such as JUnit, TestNG or CucumberNice to have: ISTQB Foundation Level certificationPrevious experience in banking or financial services Offer: Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
