We are looking for an accomplished Regional Business Development Manager to take ownership of Eastern Europe, driving new business, increasing revenue and developing strategic relationships across the Aerospace, Defence and Harsh Environment Industrial markets. This is a genuine sales and business development role for someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, getting in front of customers and converting relationships into long-term commercial growth. What you’ll be doing: Taking ownership of sales and business development across Eastern EuropeDeveloping and executing territory-specific strategies to increase bookings, revenue and market shareIdentifying, developing and closing new business opportunitiesBuilding strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customersEngaging with customers through face-to-face meetings, presentations and regular communicationPromoting innovative connectivity products and technologies aligned with customer requirementsBuilding and managing a healthy opportunity pipeline through CRMDeveloping forecasts and budgets and ensuring sales targets are achievedGathering market and competitor intelligence to identify emerging opportunitiesWorking closely with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service and other internal teamsSupporting distributors and channel partners commercially and technicallyRepresenting the organisation at trade shows, exhibitions and industry eventsThe position is directly accountable for driving revenue and margin growth by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities throughout the territory. What we’re looking for: A proven Business Development / Sales professional with experience across Eastern European marketsStrong knowledge of Aerospace, Defence and/or Harsh Environment Industrial marketsExperience selling connectivity, interconnect or related technical solutionsA demonstrable track record of winning and closing new businessStrong commercial acumen and the ability to develop effective territory sales plansExperience building relationships with senior-level decision makersUnderstanding of channel and distributor managementStrong negotiation, presentation and communication skillsA strategic approach combined with a genuine hunter mentalityComfortable operating autonomously within a remote, territory-based sales role The successful individual will combine strong technical understanding with the commercial capability to develop lasting partnerships and close deals.
