Trust Payments have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Development (Trust Retail) to join our Trust Retail team. Location: Hybrid - Bournemouth, United Kingdom Salary: Competitive + Benefits ***During your 3 months period, you'll be based in the office full-time, after 3 months, you'll have the opportunity to move to a hybrid working pattern. Follow and encourage all members of the software department to adhere to the expected development standards across the core code base and expected development processes. Provide suggestions and improvements to coding standards and processes This role includes participation in an on-call Rota, providing 24/7 support coverage for a one-week period approximately every 5 to 6 weeks (subject to Rota size at any given time). On-call allowance: A fixed additional payment is provided for each on-call week, compensating for your availability during that periodTime Off in Lieu (TOIL): Where work is carried out significantly outside of standard working hours, TOIL will be accrued accordinglyWe are committed to ensuring that out-of hours responsibilities are shared fairly and that colleagues are appropriately recognized for their time and commitment.
