What you'll do You will join the Manufacturing Quality Assurance team and lead proactive quality assurance across the factory. Your focus is on new product introduction (NPI), industrialization projects, process improvement and supplier management. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Operations, acting as a facilitator, coach and quality expert. Lead and facilitate Product and Process FMEAs, and build risk-based thinking into manufacturing and industrialization projectsFacilitate root cause analyses for quality, reliability and process issues using 8D, A3, PDCA and IshikawaCoach teams in structured problem-solving, and make sure corrective and preventive actions are carried out and lastSupport prototype builds, pilot projects and industrialization programs, turning design requirements into robust manufacturing processesBuild quality requirements into process development and product introduction from the startAnalyze process and quality data to find improvements, and drive standardization and process robustnessTurn lessons learned into lasting standards, procedures and best practices What you bring A bachelor's degree (HBO) or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or a related technical fieldExperience with FMEA facilitation and risk management methodsExperience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving (8D, PDCA, A3, Lean Six Sigma)Experience analyzing quality and process data in a manufacturing environment About Trinamics Trinamics is a well-known, specialized name in technical recruitment in the Netherlands, and a familiar, trusted partner for employers as well as candidates.
