Our international remote-first team crafts top-tier games with eye-catching graphics, innovative concepts, and cutting-edge tech, tailored to customers’ preferences and markets. ℹ️ THE KEY BITS: > Location: Ljubljana, Nova Gorica, Maribor > Hybrid work: A combination of remote and office work, as per agreement > Start date: As soon as possible > Recruitment process: 1st Interview, Tech Interview, Task, 3rd Interview, Offer > Your profile: Team player, proactive self-starter, problem-solver with strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, networking, scripting (Bash, Ansible), and experience with tools like VMware, Proxmox, Docker, Git, and Microsoft 365. > Your goal: To build and maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure—supporting internal teams through automation, documentation, and proactive system management. > Your task: Configure and monitor on-prem and cloud systems (including AWS), manage networks (Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti), support users, automate workflows, maintain security (TLS, SSH, firewalls), and collaborate across teams using tools like Jira and Bitbucket. > What we offer you: A flexible hybrid work setup, the chance to shape exciting game projects, a collaborative and multicultural team, professional growth opportunities, and a fun, dynamic work environment with regular team events. 🧑‍💻 WHAT YOU WILL DO: > Set up, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network infrastructure (on-premises and cloud). > Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability. > Provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams and resolve system-related issues. > Manage user access, workstation setups, and system permissions. > Ensure IT security through firewalls, access controls, backups, and policy enforcement. > Automate and improve infrastructure and deployment workflows using scripting and tools like Ansible and Git. > Maintain technical documentation, internal wikis, and support materials. > Upgrade and patch systems, services, and applications as needed. > Collaborate with development and IT teams on DevOps best practices. > Contribute knowledge sharing and assist in onboarding new technologies and tools. 🎯 ARE WE A MATCH? Client-Side: > Strong knowledge of Windows client systems (Windows 10, 11) > Basic familiarity with macOS > Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint) > Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender Networks, Servers & Infrastructure: > Solid understanding of networking fundamentals > Experience with Cisco CLI switches or similar > Familiarity with MikroTik RouterOS and SwitchOS > Experience with pfSense and Ubiquiti network devices > Knowledge of enterprise-grade hardware (HP, Dell, Supermicro) > Experience with storage systems such as HP MSA, NetApp, or Ceph > Proficiency in Linux-based systems (Debian, Ubuntu) > Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox) and containerization (Docker) > Basic knowledge of AWS or other cloud providers > Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Elastic, or similar) > Ability to script and automate tasks (Bash, Ansible) > Familiarity with version control tools (Git) Databases & Security: > Basic understanding of databases (Redis, SSDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) > Awareness of security best practices (TLS certificates, SSH, firewalls) > Ability to analyze and troubleshoot using system logs (syslog, journalctl) Web & Development Collaboration: > Understanding of basic web server concepts (Nginx, DNS, CDN) > Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and Jira (permissions, pull requests, webhooks) > Basic familiarity with JavaScript applications and their structure PS: Don’t worry if you don’t tick every box – we value motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to grow just as much as experience. ⭐️ YOUR CHARACTERISTICS: > Proactive problem-solver.
