Work you'll do As an AI and Data Science Engineer II on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for driving technology-focused client delivery across complex engagements. Engage with client stakeholders and sponsors, acting as the primary technical point of contact for your workstreamDeliver components of client engagements spanning solution design, prototyping, testing, and production rolloutLead small teams through business requirements gathering, functional design, process mapping, and support-model definition, providing technical direction throughoutMonitor progress against plan, identify variances, and drive corrective action before issues affect deliveryIdentify risks, assumptions, and constraints early, and implement approved mitigations to protect deliveryMaintain clear, consistent communication with client stakeholders and internal engagement leadership A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The team Our AI & Data practice offers comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. Qualifications Required: 3+ years professional experience designing, developing, and delivering AI/ML solutions1+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise GenAI solutions using Palantir Foundry, Ontology, AIP, and AI FDE3+ years hands-on experience with Python and SQL2+ years experience leading workstreams or small teams, within complex technology engagements with resources in multiple locationsBachelor's DegreeAbility to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred: Experience translating business needs into production-ready GenAI use cases through stakeholder collaboration, rapid prototyping, demonstrations, and iterative delivery.Cloud certification(s) - AWS, Azure, or Google CloudExperience creating client workshop collateral and leading interactive working sessionsExperience presenting technical content to both large and small audiences
