Your Mission As a Full-stack Developer at ARBA Travel, you'll build the internal tools and AI-first workflows that run our business: how we sell, book, and deliver travel. Every hour our team spends copy-pasting, reconciling by hand, or chasing information is an hour taken from our travellers. Your job is to give that time back. You'll be one of the first engineers on a new team, working directly with leadership and with every department, from Sales and Ticketing to Finance and Customer Experience. You'll own problems end to end: sit with the people doing the work, find the friction, and ship software that removes it. What you'll do Design, build, and ship the internal tools our teams use every day, from dashboards and admin panels to booking and reconciliation workflows.Rebuild our processes AI-first. Find where LLMs and agents can do the work end to end and put them into production workflows, with human review where it matters.Connect our systems (CRM, bookings, payments, messaging) through clean, well-documented APIs so data moves without manual handoffs.Own features through their full lifecycle: scope them with stakeholders, then design, build, test, deploy, and improve them based on how people actually use them.Measure your impact in hours saved, errors avoided, and faster turnaround for customers, and use those numbers to decide what to build next.Lay the engineering foundations for a growing team: code quality, architecture, code review, and habits that let us move fast without breaking things. Our stack Frontend: Nuxt.js (Vue)Backend: Django (Python) We care more about how you think than which frameworks you've used. If you've gone deep on comparable tools, you'll ramp up quickly here. Who you are You have senior-level experience building and shipping production web applications, front end and back end.You're fluent in Nuxt.js/Vue and Django, or have strong experience with comparable frameworks.You've built with LLMs beyond demos (prompting, tool use, retrieval, evaluation), and you have opinions on where AI helps and where it doesn't.You have strong fundamentals in system design, relational databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.You're product-minded. You'd rather talk to the person using your tool than guess at requirements.You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues, and you write things down.You like ownership and ambiguity, and you're excited to build a team and its systems from the ground up. Nice to have Some DevOps experience: deploying, running, and maintaining servers in production. You don't need to be an expert. You just need to see it as part of your job and be willing to learn it, with AI as your co-pilot.Experience in travel, e-commerce, or other operations-heavy businesses.Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
