Essential Job Function
Lead analysis, design, and documentation of integration requirements and workflows.Develop, configure, and maintain interfaces using Epic Bridges and IRIS for Health.Create and validate data mappings, transformations, and error‑handling logic.Oversee unit, scenario, and integration testing; resolve complex technical issues.Monitor interface performance and support enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotation and act as senior escalation resource.Support integration projects, system lifecycle activities, planning, and coordination.Maintain documentation, ensure adherence to standards, and uphold security/compliance.Mentor analysts and foster collaboration across technical and application teams.Support of IRIS for Health administration, configuration, and system management.Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Required: 8+ years working with HL7 and interface engine technologies.8+ years building and supporting HIS/EMR interfaces (ADT, billing, lab, radiology, devices).8+ years in healthcare integration environments with demonstrated leadership.
Licensure/Certification/Listing
Required: Valid Driver’s License and Epic Bridges Certification.
