About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer specializing in AWS Serverless architectures and AI-assisted development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying modern cloud solutions that leverage AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB. Your expertise will help build scalable, event-driven systems, automate deployment pipelines through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and ensure the highest standards of code quality, security, and observability. You will also play a key role in integrating AI tools into our workflows, coaching fellow developers on their effective use, and actively contributing to innovative projects that combine cloud technology with artificial intelligence. Qualifications Multiple years of experience working with AWS Serverless technologies and proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js.Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as AWS CDK.Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and their implementation.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud engineering best practices.Excellent communication skills with a passion for collaboration and client interaction.Fluent in German (verhandlungssicher) and proficient in English.Motivated to explore and implement AI development tools and automation workflows. Responsibilities Develop and implement modern cloud solutions on AWS utilizing serverless technologies including Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.Design scalable, event-driven architectures to meet diverse client needs.Build robust APIs and integrations that facilitate seamless system communication.Automate deployment processes using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like AWS CDK.Ensure high code quality through testing, observability, and security measures.Integrate AI development tools and coding agents into daily workflows to enhance productivity and quality.Mentor and coach fellow developers on the effective use of AI and automation tools.Participate actively in architectural decisions, technical reviews, and innovative project development.
