We are now building Tikva One — our new integrated digital platform designed to bring our operational, clinical and client workflows together in one secure system.
The position
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to work with us on a contractual retainer basis to develop and deploy Tikva One from prototype through to production.
This is a hands-on build role for someone who can take an existing product vision, specification and prototype, turn it into a robust production platform, and work collaboratively with a non-developer product owner throughout the process.
What you will be responsible for
Help translate the Tikva One product specification and prototype into a secure, maintainable production platform.Build and refine the front end, backend, database and core integrations.Work iteratively with us to improve workflows, resolve technical issues and move the product through staged releases.Ensure appropriate security, permissions, auditability, version control and data handling are built into the platform.Review and strengthen code created through AI-assisted development tools where appropriate.Support testing, deployment, documentation and handover as the platform develops.
What we are looking for
Strong full-stack development experience and a track record of delivering production web applications.Confident across modern front-end development, backend/API development and relational databases.Experience designing secure systems with authentication, permissions and audit requirements.Ability to work independently, make practical technical decisions and communicate clearly with a non-technical product owner.Experience using tools such as Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development environments in a production workflow.A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
Highly regarded
Experience in healthcare, medicolegal, insurance, legal-tech or another regulated environment.Experience with document-heavy workflows, secure portals, AI/LLM integrations or accounting/API integrations.
